Ms C from United KingdomWe were met by Said who was extremely helpful and friendly - we had only booked airport transfers but he spent nearly two hours with us helping us communicate with our French speaking host, and then returned the next day spending another couple of hours telling us lots of useful info about Marrakech and giving us info about their own tours that were available - this was not the hard sell and we felt under no obligation to take him up on any of these. He remained in contact with us during the week in case we had any queries or problems and we did do one of the trips - the City Tour which was very informative. They were very oblliging and flexible and would amend of=r adjust trips to suit us.

Our driver was bloody wonderful, especially in finding the riad in the notorious Marrakech streets.

Driver was very good and vehicle was comfortable even though we ended up with a Mercedes minivan. Only other comment is that the driver had to park in a remote parking lot and we had to wait about ten minutes in the heat for him to bring the vehicle around.

Our Transfer was right on time and was even patient while all 15 passengers waited for their luggage and exchanged money. Then we had a smooth, air conditioned, ride from Casablanca to Marrakech.
