Information on opening times of local office were incorrect. It states that the office is not open on Saturday, but after sending an email asking for an alternate contact, I was informed that the office would indeed be staffed that day.

It was straight forward to book online and received confirmation promptly via email.

Slight confusion of when I arrived as they told me I needed to wait for others. I went for a coffee and waited in total for about 20 mins. I checked my paperwork and confirmed that my booking was a private transfer and not a group. They then moved me along outside and it was actually to do with the fact we were waiting for the driver.

The driver was very good and he tried to inform me little bits of information on the way and was helpful with luggage etc.

His car was also very neat, tidy and clean!

Service-Bewertung : Sehr gut war die Organisation am Flughafen und die Fahrt als solche. Mangelhaft war dagegen die Ankunft am gewünschten Zielort, über den der Fahrer offenkundig nicht in Kenntnis gesetzt worden war. Stattdessen wollte er uns an einem Hotel in der Nachbarschaft absetzen und wies auf unsere Proteste lediglich ein - weder beschriftetes noch mit Maßstab versehenes - Bild auf seinem Handy vor, wie wir zu Fuß an den Zielort gelangen könnten. Angesichts unserer Unkenntnis der Örtlichkeiten wie des schweren Gepäcks war uns dies zu riskant, so dass wir schließlich seinen Vorschlag akzeptierten, wenigstens an einem zentraleren Ort abgesetzt zu werden, der uns mehr Orientierung erlaubte. Die Auskunft, dass das einen großen Umweg bedeute und viel Zeit koste, haben wir gezwungenermaßen ebenfalls akzeptiert und, da das Problem nicht ihm anzulasten schien, uns schließlich dafür auch erkenntlich gezeigt. Im Nachhinein stellte sich allerdings heraus, dass der Umweg keineswegs nötig gewesen wäre, was die Sache insgesamt doch recht unerfreulich macht.
Produkt : Entgegen der ausgezeichneten Organisation am Flughafen selbst hat es bei der Ankunft am Zielort die geschilderten erheblichen Probleme gegeben. Neben der dringend erforderlichen besseren Information des Fahrers über den gewünschten Zielort wäre ggf. auch die Ausstattung des Taxis mit einem Navigationsgerät zu empfehlen.

New and spotless vehicles and professional drivers but...... out-bound the pick-up was 15 minutes late and upon return there was no driver to meet me as described in the voucher. The emergency line response was to give vague directions (in bad English) unusable by someone not familiar with that airport. After lots of to and fro I was finally able to meet a (non-recognizable) rep who led me to the embarkation point. This also took a good 15 mins.

When making the booking on the company website I tried to pay in Euros but because of problems selecting that option I ended up with a duplicate booking paid for in GBP. On the transfer itself our driver refused to drop us outside our hotel due to "access problems" and we had walk about 500m along cobbled pavements to reach our final destination. As there was a bus stop with a bus bay directly outside the hotel and the road was used by both local buses and tour coaches it was difficult to see what was the access issue.
