The driver was on time and very professional, making sure we arrived at our destination safely and efficiently. The van was clean and comfortable, even equipped with a phone charger which came in handy during the ride. Upon arrival, they even had water waiting for us in the van, which was a nice touch. Drivers were competent & friendly. Our only criticism was that on both directions they relied on the in car satnav to locate our accommodation, which proved to be inadequate. This caused more of a problem on the return pickup. If they had used Google Maps, even at the end of the journey these issues would not have occurred.

Same driver on our return turned up perfectly on time and we had a simple trip back to the airport. I love it when things work perfectly.

Mr N from United KingdomI was quite nervous about booking everything myself separately rather than using a tour operator and the transfer was my biggest worry as I was going from Innsbruck Austria to Arabba in Italy but Shuttledirect were superb. Man waiting at the airport with a card with my name on and turned up at my hotel at 1pm when they said they would to go back a week later. This company has given me the confidence to travel independently from now on knowing I am in safe hands. Thank you all at Shuttledirect and Four Seasons (the transport company at the airport one took me).
