On prior bookings I have been given a rough time and asked to confirm 2 days prior. Much better. 2. When I did phone to confirm I was told a text would be sent the day before, Perhaps this should be on the website. Even better. 3. on the day before NO text appeared... bit of a worry. I phoned again and was assured it would arrive prior to 4.30 4. NO text. I phoned at about 5.30. A very nice chap called Ollie arranged my transfer (with an associate company) and he did sent a confirmation. 5. The chap who drove the van was very polite, drove safely and I enjoyed his chat!!
