Email and text received with return transfer details. Bus arrived on time and overall very simple and smooth transfers, just what you need when travelling with children etc. first time I’ve used a third party transfer company and will certainly use the company in the future

True to their word although we were nearly 2 hours late and after a 20 minute wait our driver arrived full of apology for our wait and took us to the hotel. On the day we left pick up was at 5am and we were in reception at 10 to 5 and the driver was there waiting. Shuttledirect were brilliant and one of the best priced companies around. The vehicle was clean and smart as were the drivers and I would not hesitate to use them again if we travel where they are. Five stars.

We had arranged to be picked up from our apartment to get to Girona Airport followind a weekend in Lloret de Mar.
We were all packed and ready to be collected at the apartment and realised that the collection point was not right.
Upon contacting the transfer agent the vehicle arrived within 10 minutes.
The transfer was smooth and efficient with us getting to Girona Airport in plenty of time for our departures.
The driver and person on the end of the phone were friendly and efficient.
Would recommend this company to anyone ... Can Carreras, Bustia, 3, Girona, Spain.

I was fearing that I would be stuck at the airport, because I assume the drivers want to go home to sleep eventually. But I was surprised that they still waited for me (the employer, not the shuttle of course) and he instructed and accompanied me to another shuttle agency that can take me to the hotel without any trouble. I think they have a friendly deal and help each other out in cases like mine. So I‘m VERY IMPRESSED and GRATEFUL with how they handled the situation.
