Thanks to the precise directions on the voucher, we found the desk easily, a were greeted by name by the staff who was expecting us. They explained us where to find our driver, and gave us a paper ticket for him. We found the minivan with our number: it was just us, so we left immediately, without any delay. The driver put some great jazz music and he was also friendly and professional. I would recommend their services to anyone.

We were looking for the viajes travel counter inside the terminal building when a woman from the company asked if we were lost. It turns out she was looking for us! Took us to the bus where we then had 2 stops before beong the last stop. I then left my phone on the bus!
The driver came back to drop off my phone to the hotel reception abut 20 mins later. I was so relieved as it had bank cards in the wallet. It was so good of the driver to bring it straight back. Obviously, i thanked him! He diverted what could of been a disastrous start to our holiday. Thank you so much again. The return was on time and waiting where specified.

Transfers were in large minibuses with comfortable seats, professional drivers, and were efficient. Our inbound flight was 40 minutes early but our driver was waiting. The return was also efficient with the driver arriving about 5 minutes before the pickup time. It’s definitely a service I will book on future trips.
