Zij gaven ons een papier om 2 tot drie dagen voor vertrek te bellen met het de vervoerder.
Helaas was dit onjuiste informatie. Shuttledirect had het bij het juiste, een dag van te voren bellen dan weet men de tijd van de retour reis.
Wij waren tevreden met de uitvoering van het beloofde, goede service !

Hilfreich wäre es, wenn man eine Hinweis für den Flughafen bekommt, wo man den Bus finden kann.
Für die Rückreise hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass in der Buchungsbestätigung gesagt worden wäre,
dass ich das Büro kontaktieren müsste, um die genaue Abholzeit zu erfahren.
Eine gute Gelegenheit den Transfer im Ausland zu organisieren.
