L from BelgiumBonjour , client depuis de nombreuse année au départ de l'aéroport de Tenerife , je trouve que les trajets aller retour se passent toujours très bien , seul bémol , c'est de devoir vous téléphoner 2 jours avant le retour pour l'heure de prise en charge , a savoir que je ne parle n'y Anglais n'y Espagnol et que vous n'avez pas toujours quelqu'un qui parle Français , je dois toujours trouver un traducteur , alors que communiquer part mail serais plus facile pour tout le monde , comme font certains de vos concurrents !!! Merci

Called airport desk before return to confirm easy and collected in good time. Motorway to airport was gridlocked most days around 4pm.

The return pick up was spot on time wise. The price was also very good, cheaper than other companies. Never had a bad experience with them and would recommend to others.

Der Fahrer hat sein Bestes gegeben, trotz Verkehrschaos rechtzeitig da zu sein. Wir wurden in Puerto Santiago direkt bis vor die Eingangstür gefahren - vielen Dank nochmal an unseren sehr netten Fahrer.

Mr N from United KingdomCoach stop easily found and only had to wait 10/15 mins for the coach. Los Gigantes is the last drop off so it took approximately one and half hours. Pick up was on time and it took slightly longer to get to the airport. Would recommend the company.
