Ms m from United KingdomI have received cancellation of my transfer same day of the transfer. I have called the customer service (UK number) and they confirmed the cancel. after 2 hours I have received an e-mail about transfer details! I called the number of the e=mail (spanish number) and they told me that the transfer was never cancelled! Luckily I didn't booked an other transfer between the two phone calls
