The drivers were excellent. Prompt and polite. But I expected to travel in a car not a minibus .

A faultless transfer. We were picked up at the stated time from the Hotel and the driver was excellent. I cannot fault the service from Four Seasons on both our arrival and return trips. We will certainly use them again.

Both drivers were excellent. The first had the sign ready at the airport and took us off to Seefeld. What was nice was that he took us the long way round, through the town of Seefeld, instead of taking the shortest route to our hotel so that we could get our bearings.
The driver who took us back to Innsbruck arrived early, took care of our cases, and transferred us to the airport in a most efficient manner.
Both drivers drove well and made us comfortable during our transfers to and from the airport.
