Mr P from United KingdomWe often use Shuttle direct several times a year and all over Europe, on average they are usually on time for collections from Hotels and Airports and operate at competitive prices. There is no benefit however for regular users, so might move to A2B or some other carrier. Perhaps Shuttle Direct need to think about a regular user discount scheme to retain customers
We booked a speedy shuttle and waited 20 minutes on the bus for another 7 passengers before we could depart the Airport, However the driver Gio, who we have met before, is a nice guy and we were soon on our way. Pick-up from the hotel was 5 minutes early to take us back to the Airport.
