The only problem we had was when we arrived we could not find him as he was sitting down and not on view. When asking people they had not heard from your company.
Also my mistake I did not print the vouchers so I think you should put the important notice on top of the email. Will not forget next time.
On going back to the airport he was on time and got there in plenty of time.

Service from airport to the hotel was perfect.
The problems started with the return trip.
1. The operator announced that my departure was planned for 16.09 instead of 10.09 as it

2. The operator first fixed pick up time from the hotel at 01.00 p.m. The plane departure was scheduled for 02.25 p.m. The road takes more than 1.30 hour. She was very surprised.
EVerything was written in the voucher! Why I had to explain the things that they could have easily
