Excellent customer service
Unfortunately the trip was cancelled so the service was not used, so how can I rate the transfer?! But I will use the service in the future

The taxi driver did not turn up at a Leipzig. Our flight was 15 minutes late to land, but this was clearly displayed in the arrivals area. We waited for about 45 minutes and asked as many people as we could if they knew about our Shuttle Direct transfer. The lady at the information desk made an announcement over the airport PA system to try and find the taxi.
None of this worked. The taxi was never there and we had to take one from the taxi rank.
I would like a refund for the service. If this comes through within the week I will not take my complaint further.
