We had a few issues with not receiving documents but this was speedily resolved as soon as I called them.
This is the best shuttle service I have ever used. As soon as we came out of arrivals there was someone standing with my name on a board who whisked us off to our own luxury people carrier with what looked like a brand new baby seat. The car was spotless! But the best thing about it was our driver - she was amazing. So happy & friendly & ever so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble - she went completely over & beyond.
