Got to the desk was seen very quickly and directed to the shuttle number in the coach park. Very efficient.

fantastic !!! once on the coach only had a 5 minute wait before on the way to resort. Taken straight to resort with no delays about 5 drop off.
For pick up we received a txt 2 days before departure with time and place of pickup, coach picked up exactly on time and after a few more pick ups from other hotels we were on our way back to airport
couldnt fault the service we received
only slight problem was finding the booth the company uses at palma airport, this is nothing to do with the company but the size of the airport and the number of companies that have these booths outside the airport arrivals. but once found all was excellent
