On arrival at the airport we were asked to wait at a certain point until the other transfer passengers arrived. Can I suggest that people are not asked to wait outside in the smoking area ?

Absolutely spot on service. It is the first time that we have ever booked our own transfers from the airport to our accommodation so we were a little bit anxious. There was no need to be because the driver was waiting for us on our arrival and took us straight to our accommodation and we were there in 25 minutes.
Again the departure process was excellent - we got picked up in a Mercedes and took straight to the airport. We were speaking to other people who said that it had taken them about 1 hr 40 minutes to get to their accommodation using another method of transfer because of dropping off at different hotels. We had none of that.
The drivers were both pleasant and courteous, helping us with our luggage.
We will most definitely be using this service again in the future and have already started recommending this company to our friends, family and people we meet.

My plane was delayed and I was 50 minutes later than expected. Although I had paid for the shuttle bus, due to the delay, the bus had already departed. A driver was still there and drove me to my destination in a car. Absolutely first class excellent service. Driver was friendly and a great tour guide! Would definitely use again
