Mr B from United Kingdomon arrival at airport shuttle was due at terminal 1 and i expected to land and get an airport bus to terminal 1 from terminal 2 where i landed
when i came through arrivals door i was greeted in terminal 2 by the shuttle staff with my name on an ipad
i felt i had won the lottery because it was 23:30 and your tired and to be greeted
when you epect to jump terminals is just the best feeling
the staff that greeted me were excellent, the transfer driver excellent, cannot fault them
the return journey on time and faultless... so i would recommend shuttle direct on my experience
