The communication from the company is excellent (and very reassuring) they always contact you to advise exactly where you need to go on arrival at the airport and again 48 hours before departure to confirm pick up arrangements.
As long as you don't mind that your transfer may take a bit longer due to picking up other customers (although one time in Nerja we were the only passengers!) using Shuttle Direct is a great value option - we've saved around £90 each time when compared to using a taxi!

Luckily there was still plenty of time to get to airport . So all in all , can be relied on . Professional company . Keep you informed regarding pick ups .
