Mr I from SpainExcellent service from start to finish.Just the day before we traveled we were notified of a hotel charge which we feared could cause problems with our transfer but I sent an email and received a reply and new confirmation within minutes. Very helpful driver who was waiting at the meeting point with a card displaying our name and then immediately took the luggage off us and led us to the minibus. My husband was in his wheelchair and when we got to the bus the driver allowed him the dignity of doing as much for himself as possible but instantly went to help when he needed assistance. The journey was quick and the driver drove very competently and safely. On arrival at our hotel once again the driver let my husband do as much as possible but assisted instantly when he saw he could use some help and then carried all our luggage inside to the reception desk. We were very impressed and hope that, if the shuttle company bosses read this review, that they will pass on our thanks and praise to the driver.

Rejäl försening på både dit- och tillbakaresan i Palma de Mallorca. Vi har alltid varit nöjda med ShuttleDirect hittills annars, men om vi åker till Mallorca igen så kommer vi att välja ett annat bolag för transfer där, då de inte hade ngn ordning alls. Enda anledning till att chaufförerna slutligen dök upp var för att jag ringde och frågade var de var? Och kvinnan som svarade var väldigt otrevlig.
Chauffören på tillbakavägen var dock trevlig, han bad om ursäkt för förseningen och förklarade att de lagt pappren i fel ordning så han hade suttit och väntat på resenären han skulle hämtat upp efter oss...
