Bra buss, trevlig chaufför. Tydligt vilket hotell man kom till. Ett litet önskemål är att chauffören även säger orten man är på för det är svårt att veta annars.

A good experience overall but why do you have to book in to one desk at airport only to be told to go to the other desk situated a good walk over the other side of airport to then be told to go back to first desk because that is where you have to go to pick up bus. Crazy.

The return transfer was just as good they arrived at the time they said they would and being early hours of the morning not to many pickups which at that time of the morning was a god sent.
All in all a great service all round from texting you to let you know what your pick up times are to lovely air conditioned bus. Well done Shuttle Direct will defo book with you again when I need transfers.

2 hours with 30 min wait at airport. Not great start.
Mr N from United KingdomExcellent service. Needed to change pick up not once but twice and Martin based in London sorted it out quickly and easy, then once again whilst out in Majorca. The hotel rung for us as I couldn't ring from my mobile. Even rung us to check the morning before pick up.
We had the 7 seater private mini bus. Older vehicle than expected but great service. Possibly designated pick up place would be helpful though.
