Sig. M from ItalyFirst of all I want to clarify that I rated Spain's Shuttle Service and not Italy 's one. The service was excellent, punctuality, kindness of the drivers, cleanness of the bus. Everything was perfect.
Unexpectedly, the driver was waiting for me outside the arrival zone inside the airport, took my luggage and took me to the bus where I discovered I was the only passenger. Just like a taxi!

Mi ha portato la valigia fino al bus (perché avevo prenotato un transfer collettivo), dove, complice il covid19, mi sono ritrovata ad essere l'unica passeggera.

I expected a coach for me and partner but got a luxury Mercedes people carrier to resort and then a luxury Mercedes mini bus back to airport. Bus on time or ahead of schedule. I cannot recommend enough as we had a great service. Speak as you find tho.

Our flight was delayed by 3 hours but there was a very nice lady waiting for us when we landed who transported us directly to our apartment which we was not expecting. The driver was very helpful and pleasant which helped us forget the disruption we had with the flight I would not hesitate to use this service again and recommend it to anyone else Thank you Martin

The text message confirming my shuttle time did not arrive until 2 hours after it was due to pick me up / I had good reception on my phone during this time. As your offices were not open to call until 10 am (according to your email) I had to make alternative arrangements to get to the airport. I would like a full refund thank you
