After walking 2km to the agreed pick up point the bus pulled up across the square & waited for us to struggle a further few metres with our luggage. Once on board, the drive was pleasant & the driver friendly.

The transfer Ibiza airport to Cala Vadella was very good but the return trip was not good at all. I had to make a change, we'll in advance but then received no text to let me know pick up time and no one was answering the emergency number. I then had to book alternative transport at additional cost!

The return was much better although we we were advised to be ready 10 mins before pick up time as service may be 10 mins early or late ..Our driver was 25 minutes late so we hanging around in the middle if the night for 35 mins.. again as our pick up was 2.20am, however driver was polite & helpful.
