It was an easy journey they were on time, clear communication and emails about pickup on the way back to the airport took the stress out of that part completely especially travelling solo

Ms E from IrelandCommunication was excellent, a very friendly driver was there to pick us up from the airport with a child seat. There was flexibility on the return journey to pick us up from our hotel earlier than the original booking due to traffic, and we made our flight on time.
I would suggest a bit more flexibility for the customer when booking to be able to decide pick up times to allow for things like traffic, and not just an automated service that decides based on distance (though I made the booking so long ago that may have been an option which I didn’t choose)
