Herr O from SwedenVid ankomst blev vi mottagna av en mycket serviceinriktad engelsktalande chaufför som körde oss till vår adress i Estepona. Mycket professionellt och trevligt mottagande.
Vi hade bokat den billigaste varianten av hämtning men fick trots det egen chaufför och egen bil hela vägen.
Bra och proffesionellt bemötande. Allt fungerade perfekt från bokning via mail, ändring av bokning via mail till det att vi blev hämtade på Malagas flygplats och körda till vårt boende.

We travelled with little child and driver picked up us with Seat Alhambra and there was automatically included child seat. The price was good in comparison with taxi services. We recommend this.

Shuttle Direct were on time in each case and the drivers were most helpful. Local buses did not start running in time to get us to the airport and taxi fares are high. One criticism is that it was not clear to me when and how you found out the pick up time from accommodating to airport
