The driver and the vehicle were EXCELLENT. He was punctual, courteous, professional, and a very safe driver. We requested a vehicle for 4 people, 4 large bags and 4 small bags. The vehicle was a large van with very comfortable seats and more than sufficient space for the bags and us(including space for my youngest son to lie down as it was a 4 am pick up time.
The only minor incident was when we phoned Viajes Alameda(the local agency) the day prior to the pick up, and they could not tell us by phone the type of vehicle that would be sent. They were quite rude on the phone and unwilling to assist us finding out the type of vehicle that would be sent. After only 2 minutes on the line they simply hung up on us. Luckily for them, the taxi service they contract is EXCELLENT.
