for our return I accidentally put the wrong date and time for pickup from the hotel. gave them a call to see if i could change it. The person on the line didn't speak good english so I thought I've probably lost my money and will have to rebook, but five minutes later got a call on my mobile( the number I gave on the online form) buy someone that spoke perfect english she sorted everything out and sent us a new voucher. would always use them and they were also one of the cheapest to use

Perhaps during checkout it should be more clear, which button to push for the currency. The staff was very prompt and courteous in replying to my question about the charge.

Having used hotel transfers in the past which tend to be private cars we were a little surprised that this was just a regular taxi. However, we couldn't have asked for a more friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring driver. He had all the details about our booking and made the transfers between airport and hotel smooth and hassle-free.

We were taken to the correct location without difficulty. While this may all seem obvious for a good service, this was not true on some other transfers [with other companies] on this holiday.

I would only recommend the following tweaks: when I needed to update my reservation, for whatever reason the website wouldn't save my changes and I had to e-mail Shuttle Direct to make the changes for me. It wasn't a hassle for me but it could save the company quite some time if customers are able to change their reservations by themselves.
