Simplemente ir a la oficina del transportista y lo solucionaron con la misma. Mi reconocimiento también al transportista que hizo todo por ayudarnos

Sr R from SpainMuy práctico, todo muy bien explicado desde el primer momento. Si vuelvo a Fuerteventura volveré a contratarlos. Además, aunque dejaban/ recogían en varios hoteles, no eran excesivos, por lo que tampoco estuvimos demasiado tiempo (fuera del propio del traslado) en el bus.

Utilizamos el servicio para ir del hotel al aeropuerto en Fuerteventura. Hubo una equivocación en el lugar de recogida, estuvimos esperando 20 minutos, y resulta que el autobús si que estuvo, pero en la puerta de otro hotel dentro del recinto. Llamamos por teléfono y el problema se solventó inmediatamente, a las 5 minutos apareció un autobús a buscarnos, con lo que el servicio finalizó sin ningún problema.
