But there was a driver waiting for us and he took us to our hotel in a taxi. It was such a positive experience. So easy to book too. I would definitely recommend the service, they went far beyond our expectations.
The flight was late and we did not arrive until the airport was closed. The driver was still waiting for us and ensured we arrived safely at our hotel. Not bad considering we had ordered the shuttle service but got a private taxi. Excellent service, Shuttle Direct.

Great service from this company. Friendly driver, nice clean vehicle and speedy delivery to nearby hotel. Only slight gripe, was we could not find the driver when we first arrived and did try to call the out of hours number for assistance, which just kept being disconnected. However, we eventually found the driver after around ten minutes and was then promptly and courteously transported onto our destination. Other than the small problem, all good and I would definitely use this company again.
