Mr A from United KingdomTwenty minutes after I got in the taxi I realised that I did not have my green coat in the taxi with me and it must have been left at the airport. The coat had my passport in it. The kind helpful lady shuttle direct driver (from Autocares Bravo S A in Torremolinos) drove us back to Malaga airport and took us to the police station where we informed them what had happened. The kind taxi driver sat with us the whole time while the police looked at their security cameras to see where the coat may have been left. The police found that the coat was still at a cafe where I had left it so the lady shuttle driver drove us back to arrivals from the police station to look for the coat but it had disappeared. She kindly went round asking lots of Spanish people in that cafe area if they had seen someone pick up a green coat but the answer was no, so she drove us back to the police station where we told them the coat had gone. One moment later the police received a call from "lost property" at the airport saying someone had handed in the coat. The kind lady shuttle direct driver once again drove us back to airport arrivals where the lost property department is and said she would go in in person and get the green coat for us. She came back with the coat and drove us to our destination in Marbella. We cannot thank her enough for her kindness, patience, dedication, and resourcefulness in trying to find the missing green coat.
