The shuttle was on time, nice driver! The only remark is that we could not be picked up closer to where we stayed, but had to walk to the nearest hotel

We ordered the transport for my mother, 75 years old. She called us when she arrived the hotel, and she was very satisfied with the service. It was easy to find the driver, and the transport took her directly to the hotel. She want to use the same transport when she leaves Mogan after four weeks.

Was given a info sheet on arrival, and unfortunately missed a point requesting confirmation of return pick up. This created an unpleasant concern wether we would be picked up or not. Okay, so the pick up was on time but the time was ridiculous.
I was given a pick up time of 5-20am for a 10am flight and the airport was 35 minutes away- AND it was a domestic flight so the check-in did not even open until 9am.
When I complained I was told very rudely and abruptly that as it was a shared shuttle I needed to go with other people who needed to be at the airport three hours before me. When I again questioned the timing the young woman raised her voice to me and simply repeated what she had already said.
Result? I was at the airport from 6-40am and had to wait over three hours before boarding.
I suppose you could argue that at least I was not late for my flight but I was not and am not a happy bunny.
