Would have rated service as excellent except we had to wait a few minutes for an available car at Tenerife airport which I didn't think was ok when I'd booked a private transfer a few weeks ago. I didn't think it ok to wait outside the airport with kids and luggage for a car to become available. Return journey was fine, driver came to hotel 10 minutes later than allocated pick up time but it does say on the booking to allow 10 minutes for traffic delays so I didn't have a problem with that. Both drivers courteous and friendly.

Ms S from UkraineEverything was excellent when I used Shuttle Direct website. The majority of the companies demand to call a taxi in 24 hours prior to a transfer. This company accepted the order in 16 hours. Thanks.
Unfortunately, the office was closed in due time. But after I called the manager of the company, the situation was quickly resolved. They found a taxi and I safely reached to hotel. Thanks to all. :)
