Hr. M from AustriaBedingt durch die Corona Krise konnten wir unseren Urlaub in Barcelona nicht antretten. Dadurch mussten wir beide Transfesr stornieren. Dies hat Problemlos funktioniert. Auch das Geld war, abzüglich von je 10€, prompt wieder auf unsere Kreditkarte zurück gebuicht. Immerhin ging es dabei um mehr als 500€!!! Werden bei der nächsten Reise nach Barcelona sicher wieder über euch buchen!!!
