We did have to wait an hour at the airport for a transfer which wasnt ideal but not the end of the world, and the vehicle on the way back to the airport broke down 5 min after we boarded it, but the way it was dealt with was fast and efficient and caused us no issues with timing on our flight so thank you

Fr. K from GermanyAls wir in Palma ankamen und zum Schalter gingen, sagte man uns, dass der Shuttle in 5 min abfahren würde und den Standpunkt. Der Bus war nicht ganz voll besetzt. Er fuhr ca 5 andere Hotels an, bis wir dran waren. War aber für uns kein Problem. 24 Stunden vor Abflug bekamen wir eine Email mit der Abholuhrzeit. Der Bus war auf die Minute pünktlich. Die Fahrt war angenehm und verlief reibungslos

(So maybe some sinage to help) the info desk pointed the way to transunion desk who were very helpfull issued a ticket and directions to bus and bus numbers. Sadly we had a 30+minute wait to leave the airport. We had 6 stops before our hotel which wasn too bad the driver had us all giggling as he tried to pronounce names on his itenary..
Our return back to palma the bus arrived bang on time and we sat off for pick ups on the way to airport we arrived 2 and half hours preflight which was briliant.
A new driver this time but again had us gigling as he was singing the whole way. Abba, elvis elton john to name a few.
Cannot fault the service or staff but maybe some help for drivers who might need help with names.
