Mr P from United KingdomSlightly confusing as I wasn't going to a hotel - it would be useful to say that transfers are to hotels so that I could have identified the nearest hotel to where I was going. Worked fine coming back once a hotel was identified.

Mr j from Belgiumto hotel costa calero: nobody at the airport: nobody nows "shuttle direct". we lost at least 45 minutes. At the end there was a german lady who helped us to fin d the shuttle.
at the voucher "pick-up time: call local supplier" who? where? language? the hotel helped us. The shuttle came on 5.10. After 1.30 h. (normal distance 12 km) we arrived at the airport. (via playa blanca) Almost to late to catch our airplane. SHUTTLE DIRECT? Never again!
