Very good service - we got bottled water from the driver while on our way to our hotel.
The driver of the retour to the airport arrived on time at the hotel and we got to the airport with enough time!

S from GermanyBeide Transfers (Flughafen-Hotel-Flughafen) waren höchst zuverlässig und man konnte jederzeit mit dem freundlichen Kundenservice kommunizieren. Außerdem wurde man lückenlos informiert. Ich würde diese Shuttle jederzeit wieder buchen.
Nur die letzten 20 Minuten des Rücktransfers hätten dieser Bewertung beinahe Sterne gekostet. Die Beschallung während der Fahrt, durch zwei verschiedene, voll aufgedrehte Radios, waren die reinste Folter. Die Kommunikation mit dem Fahrer gestaltete sich entsprechend schwierig. Ob es nur an der Sprache lag oder daran, dass man sein eigenes Wort nicht verstanden hat, kann ich nicht beantworten. Anstatt leiser zu machen, hat er wenigstens beide Radios auf den gleichen Sender eingestellt.
Der freundliche Fahrer auf der Hinfahrt, die Zuverlässigkeit sowie die Kundenbetreuung haben aber 5 Sterne verdient.
