Mr R from United KingdomOn arrival, we were held up with our baggage (our fault) which made us a little late to the bus. We were looking for the viajes travel counter inside the terminal building when a woman from the company asked if we were lost. It turns out she was looking for us! Took us to the bus where we then had 2 stops before beong the last stop. I then left my phone on the bus!
The driver came back to drop off my phone to the hotel reception abut 20 mins later. I was so relieved as it had bank cards in the wallet. It was so good of the driver to bring it straight back. Obviously, i thanked him! He diverted what could of been a disastrous start to our holiday. Thank you so much again. The return was on time and waiting where specified.
Obviously, a sound, reliable and trustworthy company to deal and couldnt recommend them highly enough.

Unable to drop directly at hotel but clear instructions to find it given and advised us this would be the pick up point. Text a couiple of days before pick up to advise time and location. We where first to be dropped of and the return pick up we got a text 2 days before with pick up time. The shuttle bus was prompt and on time, we where first to be picked up then only picked up 4 more passangers then straight of to airport. If we holiday in Ibiza again we will defenitly be using them again. First class service.

Waited around 15 min when at the Airport for others to join our coach to be taken to resort.
Pick was great emailed my Hotel with pick up time and arrived 2 min early.
I would def use this service rather than paying the expense of a private taxi.
