Left rucksack on board after being dropped off at hotel, and after a phonecall, driver returned it on his next run, even though he had no passengers for our hotel. On way back the following week, the roads around our hotel were flooded after a massive thunderstorm. We were told to proceed to another hotel. We weren't sure where it was, but driver came and met us on foot, and took us to bus. All this at 6am in the dark. Made airport connection with plenty time to spare. Great service, and will use again for sure.

Mr. G from NetherlandsDe contactpersoon stond duidelijk zichtbaar in de aankomsthal van de luchthaven Gerona en gaf aan waar de bus zou staan die ons naar onze locatie zou brengen. We zijn keurig bij ons hotel afgezet. We kregen 2 dagen voor de terugreis een mail op welk tijdstip de bus ons zou ophalen voor de rit naar de luchthaven. En er is zelfs nog een fax gestuurd naar het hotel om dat nog een keer door te geven. De bus was keurig op tijd. Alles prima verlopen!
De contactpersoon stond duidelijk zichtbaar in de aankomsthal van de luchthaven Gerona en gaf aan waar de bus zou staan die ons naar onze locatie zou brengen. We zijn keurig bij ons hotel afgezet. Fr. U from GermanyWir haben jetzt schon das zweite mal den Shuttleservice gebucht und sind immer zufrieden gewesen. Dieses Mal hatte unser Hinflug 2 Stunden Verspätung, der Fahrer hat uns auch nach dieser Verspätung pünktlich abgeholt. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

After the holiday the trip back to the airport Gerona; we had the same driver Xavi and he even informed us via Whatsapp that he was running 5 minutes late. No problem as we were in time at the airport and Xavi was very nice and entertaining.
