Mrs E from United KingdomWe have always found Shuttle Direct to be totally reliable. We were rather worried as our plane was late leaving the uk and we were then held up at baggage reclaim. However when we finally exited the airport we were fully apologetic but the driver was still waiting and told us not to worry - it wasn't a problem. The vehicles on both the arrival and return journeys were excellent and very clean . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and will use them again.

From taking my wife's case to starting the car before putting the cases in the boot so the aircon cooled the car, just 2 of several simple small things that don't need to be done, but add up to making this an excellent service. Same again next year.

Met at the airport, yes it is a novelty to see your name on a card held by a chauffeur, driven in a comfortable air conditioned car, not calling at every hotel like a coach and reduces our transfer time by over a half. Starting our holiday relaxed and comfortable is the best feeling. See you next year.
