Mrs K from United KingdomFantastic service we were very delayed but the driver was still waiting for us to pick us up with my name on the card. unfortunately I put in the wrong name of the hotel but the driver just took us to the correct destination and it was easy to change the hotel name on the website for the return journey. I put in Costa del sol hotel and I didn’t realise it needed Melia in front of it.
Coming home they changed the pick up time because of traffic and even run me to check that I had seen the email with the change of pick up time on it. Very good service and vehicles both ways were a very high standard.

Mrs W from NetherlandsWe maken al jaren gebruik van privé transfer via shuttle direct. Altijd netjes op tijd en goede service. 1x Via andere aanbieder en moesten op de luchthaven laten bellen waar onze taxi bleef. Daarna 3 kwartier moeten wachten. Met shuttle direct nog nooit problemen gehad.
