Mr C from United KingdomWebsite generally good, but I could not book two forward facing child seats. The only options were for infant seats or booster seats, which are no use to me. I had to phone the number, speak to a person there who advised me to make the booking anyway even though I could not select the option I wanted. I was told that they would arrange for the right seats after I had booked and paid. I did this, and had to make several calls to the helpline before I received confirmation. The helpline person was helpful, but I was concerned that the seats would not be ordered. In the end they were and there was no problem, but it would obviously be better if the option was on the booking form in the first place.
The pickup from airport was perfect. However the pickup from the chalet for the return was more difficult as the driver couldn't find the chalet. But no real problems.
