Punctual on both trips. Return to geneva was unsafe. Driver using mobile and driving too fast and too close. Breaks on minibus also sounded in need of repair.

Both drivers were courteous and prompt. Driver on first way did not know where he was going once in les carroz town. Luckily we had some written instructions and with out minimal school french was able to explain the location as best as possible. Return driver was great as he arrived early and knew where he was to go. As the airport traffic on motorway was busy he took us the scenic route but still managed to get us to the airport in plenty of room. We would happily use this service again.

Mr W from United KingdomWebsite was OK, but felt a little clunky in terms of what section you needed to go to in order to find the right type of transfer. Could make it a simpler layout so it is straightforward for finding a taxi, minibus, or coach etc. Also, would be good to make it more obvious that Shuttle Direct acts as an agent for local transfer companies.
The trip there and back by Action Transfers was superb. Their communication via text to say they were picking us up was really good and right on time. When arriving at the airport though it proved quite difficult to find the transfer company as there were so many people standing with boards. Would be good to have a clear meeting point at the airport pickup to save any confusion. This is the only bad thing about the company. Everything else was brilliant, staff very friendly and helpful.

Sur le coupon, il est ecrit qu’on nous attend a l’aeroport. Av une pancarte, finalement il y a un meeting point mais pas informé. Le retour... pas d’info sur le timing du pick up ni quand on va l’obtenir. Quand on jamais utilisé votre service, c’est pas facil de comprendre comment ca marche. Manque d’info en amont

I had to tell the driver not to send text-messages while driving on the motorway. He also took a wrong turn and wasted 20 minutes driving around the countryside.

Nous n'avons jamais vu le chauffeur .
Il était annoncé " le chauffeur vous attendra à l'arrivée avec un panneau à votre nom".
La réservation était pour une arrivée à l' Aéroport de Genève: arrivant de France pour aller en France nous sommes sortis par la sortie France. Notre destination avait bien sûr été indiquée lors de la réservation.
Il nous attendait parait il à la sortie Suisse.
Nous avons demandé qu'il nous rejoigne ( 5 valises, une poussette et un bébé) .
Après plus d'une heure d'attente et 14 échanges téléphoniques,désespérant, nous avons dû prendre un des taxis présents.
Nous attendons le remboursement puisque bien sûr réglé d'avance . Cela serait la seule mesure qui ferait, un peu, remonter cet organisme dans mon estime... A suivre donc .

After arrival at Geneva we had to wait for over 2 hours with 2 young children in a cold airport terminal. The company had flight details but according to their representative they thought we would arrive at terminal 1 when in fact we arrived in terminal 2. The only instruction on the voucher was that we would be met by a representative with a name card which wasn't the case. We looked everywhere and even searched the car park. We had to phone several times for an update before being finally picked up. A very disappointing start to our holiday!
The return journey went as planned which was a relief.

The company Shuttle Direct used is called Action Transfers. They were very bad. First we arrived in Geneva airport and looked for them - but they were not there, and they also did not answer when we phoned the numbers we had to contact them. We had to get help from other transport companies who finally got through to them. We were told they would ring us back, but they didn't. Finally over 1.5 hours late, Andrew rang us - and he picked us up. He said he couldn't ring us because he was driving. He was helpful and I have nothing against him, but Action Transfer were pants. Having had such a bad experience arriving, we tried to ring them 2 days before our departure. We had 2 numbers, both were out of order. We had Andrew's number from the inwards trip and we rang him. He gave us a manager's number, but that too was out of order. We then decided to book a local taxi back and give up on Shuttle Direct. However we did get a text message that came in at 5:30 AM saying we would be collected. We had a number on that and rang them to ask to be picked up half an hour earlier than booked as we were so distrustful. However they said our driver had a job before ours so could not come early. On the morning of the pick up - and at the later time, our new driver rang us saying he was waiting outside, but Action Direct had given him the wrong address and he was not at our apartment. We told him where we were and he did finally find us 15 minutes late. When we told him or our experience he said he did NOT have a previous job and could easily have picked us up half an hour earlier. He also told us that for his last 3 jobs, every client had complained about the very poor service from Action Transfers. He did get us to the airport safely and on time. However, I would NEVER use Action Direct and I think Shuttle Direct needs to change their supplier as I will also never use shuttle direct again either, nor would I recommend either.

GVA to les Carroz was fine. The return trip was terrible - the driver meandered all over the road, hitting the rumble strips on both sides, touching 140kph. Often he was wholly on the wrong side of the road; on the dual carriageway he would often be straddling both lanes. I would not use you again because of this driver.
