Couldn't find the villa therefore took an hour and a half to get dropped off from airport. Then the driver to take me to airport was late as he couldn't find the villa .

Mr D from United KingdomThe only problem is that it doesn't let you actually select the time you want collecting, you just put your flight times in and it gives you the time. Not great if you do not want to be at the airport 2.5 hours early.
The driver was driving very fast and weaving in and out of traffic. He was talking on the phone (not on hands free), tailgating, texting and writing out a piece of paper for us to sign. He kept changing lanes without even noticing because he was distracted. His driving was extremely dangerous.
Mr E from IrelandThe website only allows you to put in the time of a flight departure when booking a transfer to the airport and doesn't either tell you the time to expect collection or allow you to set your own pick up time which is very annoying.
Upon ringing to ask what time our collection would be, we were ready and waiting only to find that after 20 minutes nobody had arrived. We called and were told someone would call us back. They did about 15 minutes later to tell us that the driver wouldn't be with us for a further 30 minutes at a minimum. This left us incredibly worried about missing our flight. Our driver turned up about an hour and 15 minutes after the time we were supposed to be collected. In fairness to him he told us that his company hadn't been booked for the journey and he had been called at the last minute. He showed us his journey plan for the day as proof. He drove incredibly fast to get us to the airport and we were very grateful as we didn't miss our flight. If it hadn't been for his speed and kindness to get us there we wouldn't have. Therefore, I would rate the whole experience as incredibly frustrating and expensive. We have previously used this site for the same journey and had no issues but I would be too concerned that we would be forgotten about to use it again in the future. I also would have expected basic customer care and a follow up call and apology from the agent we spoke to on the day to see if we had made our flight but we never received one.
