Our ride was approximately 25 minutes late picking us up from the airport. And once arriving at our destination in Paris, he got lost, took us through several wrong turns, and then dropped us off approximately 2 blocks away, and told us to "walk that way". He said he couldn't go on the street of the apartment, but as we walked there (which we had to use international data on our phone to find), there was a big van on the block of the apartment. Overall it was a very disappointing experience. I would never use your service again.
