I have used this company for private transfers on two seperate occasions and have found them to be very efficient. The driver was waiting for me on my arrival at Geneva airport and was courteous and pleasant throughout both journeys. Excellent service and value for money. I will continue to use this company.

Transfer from Geneva to Samoens was excellent. The driver was waiting for us in the airport when we arrived and his car while not the nicest model was clean.
For the transfer from Samoens to Geneva, the driver was on time and waiting for us when we checked out of the hotel which was great. While he delivered us very quickly to the airport, his vehicle was not nearly as clean, and needed some attention.

Driver was not so good on return journey - I thought he wasn't as careful as he might have been. At times he drove too close to the vehicle ahead and he drank coffee whilst driving too.

Wheel fell off the luggage trailer on journey to Samoens. It was making strange noises all the way there, but driver kept going. Wheel just fell off completely as we arrived. Very lucky it was not a serious incident. Otherwise, very good service

We were not met, had to look for the organization and then had a long walk to go to the car. This certainly should be better next time.
M. D from BelgiumDriver showed up 30 minutes earlier than agreed (11:25 am) and complained we were late.He would not accept to recognize this so we had to leave our apartment in a hurry. He did not have anyone else to pick up so there was really no reason except for trying to avoid a non profitable course ?

Transfer from airport to resort was very poor as we had to wait an hour between coming out of departures and actually starting transfer to resort. I realise the weather was bad and roads were busy, but it made the whole reason for booking a more expensive private transfer pointless. Zero issues w transfer from resort to airport - driver was spot on time, really nice chap and drove very well.
