recibido servicio todo ha sido rozando la perfeccion, excepto en Paris que el conductor de una furgoneta nos llevo a mi mujer , a mi y a otros turistas al centro de Paris hoteles , fue a una velocidad excesiva . Viendo el cuenta-kilometros a casi 160 kms hora, y hasta se paso el hotel y tuve que decirselo yo.
Otros pasajeros se les veia bastante nerviosos..
Producto : para no tener preocupado al lllegar a un aeropuerto y tener que esperar sin tener noticias de que no hay problemas y que el servicio de coche privado estan de camino, es importante.
Lo mismo ocurre o quizas por ser la recogida de vuelta a un aeropuerto mas importante para el cliente es estar avisado y no ignorar que ocurre con la recogida. En pocas palabras tener al cliente tranquilo, confiado y sin esta preocupacion.

Ms L from CanadaOur driver was excellent, helpful and friendly. There is an issue at the Glasgow airport though as the drivers have to pay an exceptional fee to park there cars and come find you. They wait until they hear from you by phone so make sure you call them asap when you get your baggage. They are waiting to hear from you. So there is no one standing with a card with your name on it at the airport, don't look for that.
Once we called and made contact with our driver we had a good experience. Our driver was friendly and helpful as well as efficient. We would use this service again.

We concluded that there was nothing that could be done, and I would just lose out on my reservation. Afterwards, someone from the local office called to confirm my arrival. When they found out about the delay, they at least offered to have the driver return at the time the dogs would be ready and offered a slightly discounted price. The driver Grant was very nice and accommodating. Had the local office not called, you would not have obtained my return business.The main office was not pleasant to work with.
