Picked up for our return on time . We were lucky to be the only tourist on this journey . The vehicle was clean tidy and new . Will definitely use them again .

Very pleased with the professional service provided. Door to door service takes the stressing and waiting away compared to a coach transfer with many stops. Shuttle Direct were punctual in both directions. The driver kindly shares his knowledge about the local area which helped as I had not traveled to this area before.
Car was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning was very much welcomed!

The timings and instructions remained the same but contact details to check transfer times in resort had changed which I had not noticed. No great drama.
