Specially the one that collected us Sunday 20/10/2019 at Budapest Hotel was even 20 minutes early and was very friendly. I was happy with the service and gave him a tip, for a job well done. This was the second time I used Shuttle Direct and it didn’t disappoint me and the price I think is reasonable.
The car was clean, and was very spacious, good service, thumbs up!

Jätteköer i trafiken så vi blev sena till flyget och då hade bolaget ordnat priority biljetter så vi kunde komma snabbt genom säkerhetskontrollerna.

Förstod inte varför vi måste ha påskrift på beställningen för att den skulle godkännas. Lite svårt att ordna när man beställer via mobilen.
Dock behövde vi aldrig visa papperet.

We phoned the number on the voucher to say that our flight was delayed and whether it would affect our pick up. The lady who answered reassured us that they would be looking at the flight as they had our details. We had no problem when we arrived. There was somebody with our name on the board, busy with lots of people, but still efficient. Coming home we were picked up from the hotel and they arrived 10 minutes early which was a bonus. Could not fault the service at all, very reliable and would definitely use Shuttle Direct again. The drivers were so friendly too, (took our bag into the hotel lobby for us, and collected us from the hotel lobby too)
