My booking was for meet and greet service at the airport upon our arrival in Dublin. This is why you have flight details provided by the customer and the driver should be waiting as the customer leaves customs & immigration as promised. Not only was there no driver there was no explanation until I called the assist line for Ireland and the dispatcher told me our driver had car trouble. It was only then that he began to find us a driver and had us walk through the rain out to where cabs are hailed where we again waited for a driver.
NONE of the services I paid for was provided. If I’d wanted to have to make my own arrangements, find where cabs are parked and find my own cab this morning after an overnight flight I wouldn’t have booked and prepaid a shuttle.
And at some point there was a discussion with the cab driver as to how we were going to pay her and whether she could add an extra half hour to our ride to save the tunnel charge. UNACCEPTABLE.
What a huge embarrassing mess.

I couldn't contact the company until we got our luggage by that time the driver couldn't wait any longer and left. We didn't use the service and didn't get a refund. We ended up getting a taxi for our ride to the hotel. I am sure if we did use the transfer it would of been fine..
