Mrs M from United StatesOur driver was not waiting for us when we arrived. Our flight was 1 hour late but I feel he should have been monitoring the flight information I gave. After calling him, it took him over 30 minutes to arrive. He then proceeded to walk us through the airport at a record speed - not even helping with any luggage we were dragging. Van was falling apart - rubber moulding around door was hanging loose and air was blowing in window.
