Nos esperaban a la salida del aeropuerto con un cartel puntualmente. El vehiculo utilizado para el transporte perfecto, nuevo limpio, comodo y con aire acondicionado.

Ms C from United KingdomI made a booking online, thought it was a simple process. The payment went through and so I assumed the booking was confirmed. However, on the day we were travelling I recieved an email saying that my booking wasn't confirmed, and so I had to call (whilst at the airport about to head to our gate) to find that we had no transfers to collect us from Olbia airport! I felt frustrated that Shuttle Direct had the audacity to take payment and not provide the service. The advisor I spoke to confirmed that no payment was taken, I objected and told her otherwise. As it was now the day of us travelling she said she could not make a new booking as it was too last minute!!! Fortunatley my husband made an online booking using ANOTHER transfer company and sorted the inconvenience made by Shuttle Direct. Will never use again!
